List convoy details

Some members of the fairport email list like to camp together at Cropredy. In order to do this they meet up on the Thursday morning to be able to arrive at the camping field together. This has often meant a convoy of 20 or so vehicles.

Due to the one way system being implimented this year, we've been forced to rethink the route. We will try and publish a new map for you as soon as the route has been finalized.

For the past two years the Police have been concerned with the traffic build-upon the A361 on the opening day of the festival. In order to alleviate this problem, we have been advised to make WIliamscot Road a one way street for Thursday 13th August while traffic is busy. Hopefully we will be granted this Temporary Traffic Order for the festival. This means that Campsites 1 to 6 will only be available from the A361 and not from Cropredy village itself. All traffic coming to the festival via the A423 and Cropredy village will be directed to Campsites 7a to 7d, which will open at the same time as the others. Williamscot Road will be closed to all oncoming traffic from Cropredy Bridge.
